Why Airconditioning a kitchen is not a Good Idea

Kitchens with airconditioning soon turn out to be very hot in spite of the huge air-conditioned capacity. This is due to the cool air exhausted through the kitchen hood. The kitchen sucks all the air inside the kitchen and ultimately, the cool air gets wasted. The absence of the air inside leads to negative pressure and ultimately the air from the hot outdoors sweep in through the open spaces making the place hot and also literally making the AC useless.
