Breezair uses a water management system to effectively manage the water quality and use , which is not being used even in very large cooling towers. The water management system also ensures that unhealthy water is not used in the cooling process, and also ensuring the salinity in the water is kept n control through automated draining.

How does it work?

As the hot air passes through the wet pads, the water absorbs some of the heat as it evaporates. The beautifully cooled, fresh air is then delivered into the building.

Natural evaporation cools the air, while the pads filter out dust, pollen and other contaminants. The result: cooler, cleaner, fresher air, without using fluorocarbons or potentially toxic chemicals. Think about how much cooler it is at the beach on a hot summer day. Why? Evaporation! Whenever water and hot air come into contact, the water evaporates, cooling the surrounding air by several degrees in the process.

Evaporative air conditioning takes advantage of this natural process. Each Breezair cooler contains large cooling pads, which are soaked with water. Hot ambient (outside) air is drawn

Will the unit require manual draining and filling of water?

The Breezair TbS 580 is fitted with the WaterManager system and the RPB 1800 has it as optional. The water manager system does not require for the water to be bled (drained continuously) like other coolers so it saves a lot of water waste. The water management system will detect the salinity of the water and on attaining the salinity it will drain the water and collect new water automatically. The water management system is a feature that is not seen in very advanced cooling equipment, but now Seeley is bringing the system to you will ensure that the salinity of the water is always below the set limit.

How cool can the cooler reduce the temperature of the air?

Breezair TBS 580 is the quietest and coolest cooler in the world. The performance of the coolers has been enhanced with the use of the mini chill cell pads which produce very high cooling performance, that is rivalled by none. During the summer season, the cooler can cool 47C air to 26C air, which is a revolutionary 21C degree of cooling.

Should we close all the windows and doors, when the coolers are working?

Breezair does not require all the windows and doors to be closed as with AC. Breezair requires some openings for at least 80% of the air blown in to be exhausted from the building.Wehn keeping the openings based on the airflow we can achieve better performance and distribution cooling inside the building.

Will humidity accumulate inside the building when the cooler works?

Humidity accumulation inside the building and then reduction of cooling do not accumulate inside the building as with mobile coolers since the Breezair is installed outdoors and draws air from out and pushes it in. The cooled air does not return back to the cooler

Will the cooler work in temperatures above 50C ?

Unlike an AC system, Breezair works well in temperatures of 50C and even above, and delivery great cooling performance. The higher the temperature and dryer the air the better the cooling performance.

What kind of maintenance is required?

Breezair is designed to auto clean itself and also maintaining the water quality using the digital smart box. Users have to ensure that the coolers do not run in cooling mode during sandstorms or even switch it off as it will suck in huge amounts of dust. Regular dirt cleaning of the coolers is enough for the coolers to run efficiently.

Do we have to replace the cooling pads every year?

The Chillcel cooling pads are designed and made for enhanced cooling performance and long life. A cooling pad can last up to 5 years if well maintained, but that may be lower if the dust and dirt accumulation takes a toll on the pads.

Does Breezair consume a lot of electricity?

Breezair Coolers are designed for very high efficiency in its use of electricity and water consumption. The TBS 580 only uses 1200Watts ( Less than a hot water kettle) to cool 10000m³/hr of air, which is enough to cool approximately 180m²of space. The Breezair Cooling solution is the only available solution when you do not have any more spare electricity from the electricity Board.
